Network Operations Center (NOC) and

Scope of work:
- Planning and setting up of technical furniture (Saifor) for the NOC
- Detailed planning and arrangement of operator consoles
- Overall integration of the NOC and call center, including:
- Building of multi-media infrastructure that included screens, amplification and multi-media systems
- Implementation of AMX control system
